English as a Second Language (ESL)

Jubilee REACH offers free English language classes for very beginners to high intermediate students. Classes run from October 2023 to May 2024 on certain mornings and evenings.

Students attend twice per week for three hours of instruction at the Jubilee REACH Center in Bellevue. Registrations are accepted year-round, although class space is limited, and registering does not guarantee enrollment.

If you would like to register, please complete the registration form. You will then receive an email with the date and time of your pre-test at Jubilee REACH. For more information, please send us an email at: esl@jubileereach.org.
