Community Care Coordinator

Position

We are looking for a team player to join our Community Care team as a Coordinator. This position will support multiple areas of the community care department and be in direct relationship with families being served through Jubilee REACH. This position is full-time with working days of Monday through Friday, but can vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program and administrative support to all areas of Community Care as needed:

    • General Support for families served

    • ‘English as a Second Language’ program

    • ‘Groceries for Families’ program

    • Events: Jubilee Service Day, Worship in the Park, Jubilee in the Community, etc.

    • Volunteer Care

    • Hospitality

    • Other Care

  • Proactively coordinate and execute assigned areas of focus

  • Coordinate with Specialists leading specific programs

  • Work directly with families and individuals in the community needing support

  • Serve people and families with compassion, care and showing love to others through action and words

  • Communicate regularly in English and Spanish via phone, text, and email

  • Contribute to planning for the short-term and long-term needs of the department

  • Remain flexible to adjust to the needs of the position

  • Respond quickly to unexpected needs

  • Build and maintain relationships with families served through the programs

  • Manage the impact of the programs on other Jubilee REACH areas

  • Problem solve to meet the needs of the department

  • Make proactive changes to meet the changing needs of the department

  • Be part of the strategic planning for the future of the department

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word)

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Federal and State Background Check

  • A willingness to practice honesty, forgiveness, and grace to those you work
    with and aim to serve
