The Story

The Jubilee REACH Center is located in Lake Hills, Bellevue’s most diverse and underserved neighborhood.  The local elementary school reports 39 languages spoken by the student body, and 64% of students qualify for free or reduced price lunch.  The JRC’s mission is to provide educational, emotional, and spiritual enrichment to underserved youth; support and sustain families; build community; and transform lives.
