International Lunch
Each week, members of the Jubilee REACH Center’s diverse international community alternate in the kitchen to prepare sumptuous, authentic cuisine from their home country.  The International Luncheon is conveniently scheduled after Thursday morning ESL and Play and Learn Classes in the midst of the Chinese Golden Age social club.  40 to 60 adults and their children learn about their neighbors from other countries, build relationships, practice their English, and enjoy food, fun, fellowship and sharing family recipes around the world.

Community Dinner at 5p  

The Community Dinner at 5p is an opportunity for 65 to 90 parents and children in our Lake Hills community to gather together around the dinner table for good food and conversation.  After dinner, parents retire to a room to discuss topics of concern with a team of family resource professionals from the school district, City of Bellevue, churches or the business community equipped to answer questions, assist and coach parents on ways to support and sustain their families.  Topics have included financial planning, accessing medical care, the WASL exams, and ways to get involved in their child’s education.

The second Sunday of each month from 5p to 7p.
