Community Care

The Jubilee REACH Center comes alongside our neighborhood schools and the City of Bellevue Neighborhood Outreach to hear the needs of families in our community who may need a ‘hand up.’  The goal of the Community Care program is to build a strong foundation under families.  Teams of caring volunteers from the community, business and local churches come together to provide a helping hand with everything from home repairs and clean up to financial planning, housing support and pastoral mentoring   A family mentor will stay beside the family to support and sustain them and to provide hope, inspiration and transformation.
